Our archiving service is a cost effective way of creating much needed space and has many advantages that aren't available in the everyday office environment.

We offer a complete Archiving Service which includes document retrieval, courier service, certificated destruction service (if required).

We will assess your requirements and allocate a unit/units to best suit your needs. You have a choice of whether to have the unit racked out for storage or not. Racking does incur a small additional cost.

We can arrange to have your archives collected and re-stored within our archiving facility, should you wish us to do so.

Your archives will be confidentially and securely stored within a clean and dry designated storage unit/units.

If you require us to operate a document retrieval service then we must ask that the unit be racked out and that your archives be numbered/clearly identifiable for retrieval purposes.

Requests, for archives, that are faxed to us before 16.30 will normally be delivered the following working day. This applies to the City of Plymouth only. Delivery outside of Plymouth will be by arrangement but are made on a regular basis.

We have an onsite document shredding facility and can arrange to confidentially destroy archives/files and provide certification of the destruction if required.
